Picked 512 # Cabernet yesterday with help from vineyard owner Roland. Crushed and destemmed with wine maker David Ortiz. We will start fermentation today. Can’t wait to make my first Red wine.

Making a small batch. Bees got to our grapes this year and only left us with 50lbs but on the bright side our yield was better and we still get to make some wine. 🍷

🍷 Tesoro Della Regina Il Grande. This is a little expensive at $25 per bottle but it is a great little Tuscan blend that any of your friends would enjoy. It opens up nicely with food too. Try it out and let us know what you think. 🍷
