Pay Less Vacation Rentals

STRs are currently in a moratorium until at least 9/2023. I have been fortunate enough to be chosen by Chuck Washington's office to be a part of a group to try and come up with solutions for how the County can enact further rules to allow STR owners and non-owners to co-exist in better harmony. It's important to have an open mind and look at the situation from all viewpoints. All options are on the table for discussion including caps, density measures, better enforcement, etc. We will be meeting several times over the next 7-8 months and I welcome anyones input from either side so I can properly represent different views. The goal is to come up with solutions that satisfy the needs of both owners and non-owners. Note this page was just started on Jan 14th, 2023 so I do not have any followers yet, and this is my first post after my introduction. If you are reading this from Temecula please spread the word. Welcome to the Pay Less Vacation Rentals page. Our goal is to provide a platform for STR owners to discuss events that effect the STR communities and to provide a platform for any STR owner to show their properties.

Please note our webpage is still in development as of Jan 15th, 2023. The site will be similar to a newspaper Want Ad site. There was a time when one could search for a property in the Want Ads and contact a property owner directly without having the newspaper take a percentage fee from either the owner or the traveler.
