Phew! Was that a doozy!
Real Estate isn’t sunshine and rainbows it’s a rollercoaster of emotions and this one was definitely one of Six Flags finest.
Do we negotiate? Yes
Did we renegotiate? Yes
Did we re-renegotiate? Yes
We’re both sides pi**ed at the other at multiple times? Oh hell yes.
BUT. Everyone won in the end. New house for some, money to buy new for others, and retirement for the last folks wiping off their foreheads - job well done to all -and let’s do it again!
