Take a look at the digital storefront over at Jack Hanania Chevrolet...

The uniform, studio-quality vehicle imagery on their website wasn't staged by hand or delayed by a third-party photo vendor. It was captured automatically using UVeye's Scan to Sold solution, and it was all done in one day.

No separate photography steps. No manual lot staging delays. Merging automated diagnostics with asset capture ensures complete visual consistency across their inventory while accelerating time-to-market to the exact same day.

We are officially live at Booth #5 as Tekion One gets underway!

Our team is ready to show how connected data eliminates the service drive bottlenecks holding back your throughput.

Siloed data is the hidden bottleneck in modern fixed operations. When inspection findings live outside your primary dealership management system, advisors lose time, handoffs fracture, and retail readiness stalls.

This week, we are demonstrating how tight workflow integration drives immediate service drive efficiency. By removing friction between vehicle detection and advisor communication, operations move from reactive repair to standardized visibility.

UVeye is now also a same-day Photo Booth.

When photos get delayed, vehicles sit offline, and every extra minute can slow down time-to-market.

With 'Scan to Sold', UVeye helps dealers turn the service lane into a same-day merchandising channel for pre-owned vehicle acquisition.

In this video, dealership customers share what stands out most:
• no waiting for someone to physically take photos of the vehicle
• a more seamless workflow through integrations like vAuto
• fewer manual steps and less back-and-forth between systems
• faster time-to-market for newly acquired inventory

This is what it looks like when the service lane starts doing more than inspection. It starts helping retail move faster too.

Nothing gets past us" and that includes an epic team reunion!

Once a year, our global team comes together to connect, recharge, and celebrate. This time around, we took over Nashville. We were especially thrilled to have our UK crew fly across the pond to join us for the festivities.

While we work incredibly well together across different time zones, nothing beats the energy of collaborating and having a blast in person. Building these strong, real-world relationships is exactly what makes our team culture so special.

Here’s a quick sneak peek at our time in Music City. Catch the rest of the highlights in our Stories! 🌍

At seaports, vehicle inspection accuracy matters before a vehicle ever reaches the dealership.

Jaguar Land Rover partnered with UVeye to enhance quality control across its Customer Acceptance Line process at critical U.S. seaports, including Baltimore, MD and Hueneme, CA.

The impact included:

• More than 10% of vehicles had defects detected before dealer delivery
• Defects were found at the port stage, reducing downstream issues
• UVeye helped map and compare defects to pre-shipping manufacturing data
• Time-stamped documentation improved traceability and reporting

For high-volume logistics and PDI operations, the goal is not just to inspect faster. It is to create a stronger quality-control process that is more consistent, more traceable, and easier to scale.

Today, UVeye is announcing Scan to Sold, a new platform expansion that helps dealers turn the service lane into a same-day merchandising channel for pre-owned vehicle acquisition.

Through integrations like vAuto by Cox Automotive, UVeye enables dealerships to instantly distribute website-ready vehicle imagery, 360-degree videos, and merchandising assets directly from the service lane.

This connected workflow bridges fixed operations and retail, helping dealers accelerate service-to-sales processes while dramatically reducing time-to-market for newly acquired inventory.

What happens when customers can actually see the condition of their vehicle in real time?

At Carl Black of Orlando, UVeye has helped create more transparency, more consistency, and stronger customer trust throughout the service lane.

As the team explains in this video, visual inspections are changing the conversation by helping advisors clearly show what was found instead of relying on explanation alone.

“The credibility and the trust that it creates instantly for a customer has been an absolute game changer for us.”

Proof beats persuasion.

At Carl Black of Orlando, UVeye helped the team bring more clarity into customer conversations by showing real-time visual proof of vehicle condition.

“The biggest impact of the UVeye system is the credibility and trust it creates instantly with the customer.”

When the customer can see exactly what the advisor is talking about, the conversation changes.

Service advisors are often asked to explain something the customer cannot easily see.

That is where trust can start to break down.

A recommendation may be completely valid, but when the explanation is only verbal, the conversation can quickly feel subjective. That creates friction for advisors, technicians, and customers alike.

Visual proof changes the dynamic.

When customers can clearly see tire condition, underbody findings, exterior damage, or severity, the conversation becomes less about persuasion and more about clarity. That helps front-line teams communicate with more confidence and gives customers a clearer understanding of their vehicle’s condition.

Our latest blog explores why visual evidence can lead to better service conversations, faster approvals, and more consistent experiences across the service lane.
