You have matriarchs of the family laying under Carr scared to death. Guess what he was charged with? Aggravated assault not attempted murder. Anyone who does not understand that Karmelo Anthony should not have even been charged with MURDER is a part of the problem. Murder vs. Criminally negligent homocide vs. INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER!!!! A Black family in Lee County, Georgia says Jeffrey Tyler Kinzer shouted racial slurs at them during a family gathering, left, then returned wearing body armor and carrying an AR-15-style rifle. Witnesses say he opened fire toward the gathering, and a Marine veteran family member fired back to protect his family. Kinzer was shot, taken to the hospital, cleared, arrested, and charged with aggravated assault.
