Special Needs Carnival Planned In Bergen County This Month Anyone of any age with special needs can attend this free carnival in Bergen County in late June.
We are back with another raffle. As we continue to celebrate our wonderful SLP’s for May is Better Speech & Hearing month with our weekly raffle, one SLP will win our Beach Day gift basket.

GTP: A Month in Review
What a month it was! We celebrated three amazing birthdays, connected with educators and staff as a vendor during Community High School Professional Development Day,and showed appreciation for our incredible administrative professionals with flowers and gift cards for Administrative Professionals Day. Lastly, we ended the month with an awesome Executive Function staff training with guest speakers from GROW NOW therapy.

This past Sunday we held an Executive Function Staff Training with Mike McLeod, Dr. Gary Gartling, and Dani Pellicano of Grow Now Therapy.
It was a meaningful day dedicated to deepening our understanding of executive functioning strategies and strengthening the way we support the clients and families we work with everyday.
Through hands-on-learning, we explored practical tools we can implement into each therapy session. Some of the topics discussed were:
➡️Strategies to build internal skills as the foundation of executive function
➡️Parent coaching and the importance of parents establishing supportive home practices
➡️Why executive functioning is important for high school, college and employment success.
Beyond the learning, we didn’t just nourish our brains we also nourished our bodies with delicious food from Teaneck Hot Bagels, Julios Fruit boutique , and &W bakery .usa .
