What a beautiful sight! 5 truckloads of finished weldments going out in the last 2 days! Thanks to the hard work of our guys getting them done and loaded! Only 134 more to go! Thankful for the work, and dedicated employees that make it all happen!

There’s manufacturing going on here, regardless of what people on the TV said last night. Our new laser running near 100,000 lbs of plate through it in the coming week or two is proof. Busier than we’ve been in a while.

We purchased a new Hexagon CMM and got it installed last week. One of the first parts programmed to be measured using the indexable head. Sure makes life easier measuring things!

Timelapse of our welding out some parts. Using .045” metal core wire. Thanks to Kevin at for sticking around a few days and helping dial it in. It sure turns out a nice looking finished product!

We couldn’t take any pictures during the application but Babeco had Knockout Grime come fog our buildings with their EPA approved antimicrobial which provides up to 90 day residual protection of harmful bacteria for both porous and non porous surfaces. Being an essential business means we are working, we did this to protect our employees and help stop the spread of the Coronavirus.

Burned a hole with the laser in a set screw to test for a customer. Pretty impressive, next to a quarter and a paperclip!
