So, on Monday I had a diabetic visit with my Dr. A1c is down to 6.7 from 7.0 3 months ago. The only change I've made is using Bodykey by Nutrilite. Dark chocolate, French vanilla and Strawberry are the flavors that rock!

Today, 433.4 nice.

Today I stepped on the scale just because, and it read 434.8 down some more.

Ok, couple days late, went down 1.2 pounds, was 438 now 436.8 so getting there. Using Bodykey by Nutrilite shakes. Oolong green tea, also by Nutrilite. Mostly trying to watch portion control, for instance, 2 slices of pizza as opposed to 6. Just simple things really.

So, last week I bounced up to 438. :( In the morning I'll see where I'm at, and go forward from there. Always forward.

So today's weigh in was 430 down 2 pounds. The marathon has begun!!

Ok, 1st step, bought a new scale. Current weight 432. Current goal 390.
