The human element is what makes any production memorable.
PM1 builds the infrastructure. The performers and the audiences bring the energy, the memories, and the impact that outlives the weekend.
Strategically built on the backend. Felt on the main stage.

Here is something we're proud of, and we want to share why.
Last week our crew was on the ground at The Villages in Florida for a touring partner stop. The venue was a city street, closed down and handed over to us. We set a camera before the build started, and it kept rolling all the way through load-in, the show, load-out, and the last case getting put away. One continuous record of the whole job.
Watch the end of it. Everything going back where it came from. Street handed back.
That is on purpose. It is the standard we hold ourselves to on every tour stop, every venue, every street, every field, every beach, every pool, every parking lot. Build it right. Run it clean. Pack it away and hand it back.
The reason we invested in these cameras is the fifth step of the PM1 Way, our post-job review. The goal is to deliver a full high-resolution timelapse to the client and the touring partner after every job, so when we sit down to review the work we are not relying on memory. We are reviewing the record. We are not on every job yet, but we are getting there. More cameras are coming online to close the gap.
Wherever your show goes, we go. And we hand it back better than we touched it.

Welcome to the PM1 crew, Meghan!
With nearly 20 years in the industry, from the Smithsonian to the Obama Foundation Summit, she knows that a successful show isn’t just about the design; it’s about the strategy and coordination required to build it.
Meghan is a Howard University grad and Nashville native who speaks production management fluently. Whether it’s fabrication, logistics, or full-scale production, she brings the "production brain" needed to make sure every event is a win for the team and the client.
We're very grateful Meghan joined the PM1 crew and shoutout to the whole team for growing and leveling up!

Today we're launching PM1's new brand identity.
New logo. New look. Almost eight years in the making.
To our crew: you built this. Every load-in, every late night, every build that went right because you made it go right. This brand is yours.
To our clients: same team, same commitment. We just finally look the part.
