The APF/AAPF Michigan State Championship will take place on March 28th & 29th at F3 Fitness in Taylor, Michigan! Registration for this meet opens up this Saturday, December 6th at 9AM!

A big congrats to them and also everyone else who competed this past weekend!!

🚨🚨MICHIGAN STATE MEET UPDATE!!!!🚨🚨
SUNDAY (DAY 2) LIFTERS: Meet start time will be pushed back to **10AM** to take into account daylight savings!! We don’t want anyone losing an hour of sleep!! Lifting starting at 10AM and doors will open at 8:30AM!
SATURDAY (DAY 1) LIFTERS: Meet will run as previously scheduled! Lifting starting at 9AM and doors will open at 7:30AM!
Please let any other DAY 2 lifters and spectators know of the time change!!! If you have any questions please email or DM here on IG or on Facebook!! Can’t wait to see everyone in two weeks!!!
