Tenant Relations Coordinator

Objective: We’re looking for a skilled individual to join our Tenant Relations team as an Account Coordinator to perform a variety of customer service, problem-solving and administrative tasks. The Tenant Relations Coordinator is responsible for assisting all tenants with account-related questions and/or concerns as well as internal coordination with other departments.

Requirements: This position requires strong problem-solving skills, patience, and outstanding customer service skills. As a Tenant Relations Coordinator, you represent our company to our existing customers. Your role is critical in maintaining a positive relationship while assisting with rent collection and lease administration.

Job duties include but not limited to:

● Answer phone and email inquiries

● Prepare and process leases and other lease-related documents

● Process tenant payments

● Research and investigate tenant account questions and/or concerns

● Work with other departments in service of our customers

● Review delinquent accounts and follow collection procedures

● Forward delinquent accounts to the attorney’s office for filing

● Sort and distribute mail

💰PAY 👉 $15-$18 Per hour depending on experience

⏰HOURS 7:30 am - 4pm Monday - Friday

🏝 PTO after 90 days along with Health insurance and holiday pay

Option to enroll in our Simple IRA retirement plan - we match up to 3% for employer contributions.
