Today I begin a 11 week body fat destruction! 💥
Call it a resolution, call it a cut, call it a day 1, idc what you CALL it. . . But, CONSIDER it ✅

I am not and will not do anything outrageous, I will be. . .
🔥Working hard!
🔥Practicing high quality habits (8 hours sleep, 90 minute workouts, 1G water, omegas, etc)

This will require the highest level of discipline, BUT it’s all about you, so you win in every way! 🤔
Every single day some things are non-negotiable. . . Work, groceries, gas stops, commuting, meetings, necessity runs.
Beyond the factors above, I challenge you to be SUCH A FAN of yourself! Your health! Your vision! Your goals! That you take care of yourself, your workout, and your HOUR for yourself before anything else!!! (Outings, sports, games, friends, parties, celebrations). . . YOU. FIRST!

People keep overusing and overthinking proteins, carbs, and fats…
Just tell ME how to identify them! 😮.
Generally and universally, JUST. READ. The label 🏷️. The dominant macro nutrient identifies the source! Easy.
💥 Higher in fat, it’s a fat.
💥 Higher in carbs, it’s a carb
💥 Higher in protein, it’s a protein.
Make sure each meal has a protein, a carb, and a fat at minimum and you’re in the right path.

These are facts that come with age 👴
1. I used live for my social life. So I wanted abs but also NEEDED to drink Thursday through Sunday because I had to be “OUT”. Best habit I ever changed was NOT drinking and caring less to be social 😂
2. I was raised grocery shopping deals and cheaper food, THAAAAAT was a mistake 🤦♂️ I won’t get in depth here, don’t eat on a budget!! Or you’ll be budgeting a personal trainer!
3. If you follow anything not prescribed to you or that says things like.. for reps, for quality, for speed, for load, for time, or for consistency. . . Then it’s not intentional I would have been intentional SOONER!!
