Rolled up with home enhanced stink bait... corn, honey, my wife's lifesaver candy, and pretty much everything else I could find in the pantry.

Had a glove on and it STILL smelled like something died.

Was ready to come home empty handed AGAIN.

Pulled up a snake fish I couldn't eat, almost called it a day.

Then I found somebody's Texas rig just sitting in the weeds. Hook, worm, rigged up and ready to go.

No idea how it got there. Didn't care.
Went to work. Caught a bunch. Went home with enough fish to FEAST.

Fillets weren't pretty but that pile of bones at the end? That's all I ever wanted.
