I made this for a work event and it was a hit. Slow braised pork with apples, apple cider, onions, and fresh herbs.

My birria-inspired tacos…
Short ribs cooked low and slow in a decedent chili broth, home made hot sauce, queso and guacamole. Elote, pico, and of course some consommé for dipping. 🧅🌽🔥

Soup season is approaching so I had to share my favorite (and quick) soup for the Fall. It’s super easy to make and sure to wow your crowd.
Have leftover veggie scraps? Cook them low and slow with some water for a yummy homemade stock🧅
I’ll post my homemade gnocchi and breadstick recipe if you want to really elevate this dish🥔
2 shredded carrots
2-3 stalks of celery diced
1/2 an onion diced
3-5 cloves of garlic
2 cups of stock
2 cups heavy cream
Slurry to thicken soup
Diced chicken
Gnocchi
Spinach
Seasonings :
Thyme
S&P
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Oregano
Rosemary
