Goody Goody

Every year during the entire month of September, the 1905 Family Of Restaurants conducts Community Harvest. Five percent of every bill at Columbia Restaurant, Columbia Cafe, Ulele, Casa Santo Stefano, Cha Cha Coconuts and Goody Goody are donated to local non-profits at no extra cost to guests.

Even though Hurricane Helene forced us to close our Tampa Bay area restaurants today, Thursday, Sept. 26, we will still honor our commitment to donate to the 1905 Community Harvest.

To compensate for lost storm donations, we will proportionately distribute funds to the non-profit recipients on the ballots of each restaurant based on what projected sales would have been without the hurricane.

The great work by these groups should not suffer because of conditions beyond their control.

if you have a child who struggles in elementary school, high school, college or in every day life with ADHD or Dyslexia, please share my story with them.
Its not a disability, but a gift, one that they must learn to embrace and work hard to achieve their dreams.

This will be my third college graduation commencement speech. it takes place on Saturday, May 13th at 9AM.

My faith is strong! St Leo University a private catholic school and Florida's oldest Catholic university.

I am also very excited to have been asked to join the St Leo University Board of Trustees.

Today we host the 27th annual Cesar Gonzmart Golf tournament benefitting the USF Latino Scholarship program and our three endowments; the Columbia Centenario, Adela & Cesar Gonzmart and the Richard & Melanie Endowment. This coming year the three endowments are providing 31-four year scholarships to mostly first generation students to attend college. In addition, we plan a major gift for the USF Hospitality School and the planned USF Stadium.

The Columbia St Armand’s is busy preparing to open today at 4PM.

Next stop after a quick bite is Columbus Sand Key.
They open at 4 so may grab n early dinner.

Afterwards visit the staff at Goody Goody which opened this morning at 7 for a Goody Pox Burger.

Last but not least since I’ve already visited is the Columbia Ybor, Ulele and Casa Santo Stefano.
