This says its the original version of that song "Aie" from the 1982 WMNF commercial for the Ybor City Screaming Platter Dance party. I like Roberta Kelly's version the best.

On that WMNF 1982 clip with all the T-Shirt designs, it has a commercial promo for the "Screaming Platter Dance Party" November 20th Ybor City Square Courtyard. There is cool music in the background and I been hearing it for 40 years and never knew who it was. I found the tune! But it's not the same version. Might not even be the same artist. It definitely IS the song you can tell.

If i do remember, as one does, not sure, but I think Ed Greene has been at WMNF waaaaay waay baack in the early early days. I'm talking about when WMNF was in a house in 1980. He hosts THE FREAK SHOW. His 60s 70s musical knowledge is off the charts and he plays every show like its a new show. Tune in and turn on an see what musical delights abound.

I recently moved away from Tampa but the beauty of WMNF (has always been) it doesnt matter where you live, you can go to the WMNF Page and pick your favoreite Show and hear it in your new home in a shack out in the sticks. Yer reading the latest issue of Guitar Player Skier magazine and WMNF is on a clock radio over in the background and life is jus chill. My fav shows besides Reverend Billy C. Wirtz Rhthm Revival (how come I can never spell Rtythem?) is my fav shows are the DORM ROOM and AUDIO AFTER HOURS.
