We are pleased to welcome Principal Architect, Alan Burcope, AIA, MBA, NCARB, LEED-AP, to our team. Alan has over thirty-five years of experience in the design and construction industry including having served as Senior Architect and Project Manager on large projects in multifamily, healthcare and civic projects, and as Vice President in a national integrated design and construction firm. As Principal Architect, Alan provides forensic architecture, construction, and investigative consulting services that involve claims, disputes, and litigation pertaining to design and construction matters.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Khush Daruwalla, PE, SI, FBRSE as Principal Engineer to our firm. Khush brings more than 35 years of structural engineering and construction experience and is an industry leading expert, having worked on an extensive list of claims and construction litigation matters. Khush will be spearheading Burby's work in the South Florida area.

Prior to joining Burby, Khush worked at a large consulting firm where he focused his practice on forensics and construction defect litigation support. He is a graduate of University of Miami, receiving both his Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from there.

Pleased to announce Marc Krebs, CGC, CCC, SCC has joined our team as a Construction Consultant. He has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry and holds Certified General Contractor, Certified Roofing Contractor, and Specialty Contractor licenses in Florida. His expertise extends across a broad range of building types and includes construction consulting and forensic investigations related to building structures, roofing, construction related defects, design defects/omissions, and the building envelope.
