This committee is an effort to bring people closer to Allah. The method of the Muslim Connection is to follow the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
Allah (SWT) says in the Quran (translation):
“You have a good model in the Messenger of Allah (SAW) for one who hopes for Allah and the last day” (33:21)
“Whatever the Messenger (SAW) brings to you take it, and whatever he forbids, abstain from it” (59:7)
“Say: If you love Allah, follow me and Allah will love you” (3:31).
