Golf camp keeps Tampa kids busy during spring break As some of the world’s best golfers are in Tampa Bay this week for the Valspar Championship, some kids are hitting the links during spring break.

We are proud to share we generated $1.6M at our 5th Annual First Tee -Tampa Bay Dinner Gala at Palma Ceia Golf & Country Club🏌️ In addition to the live and silent auction, $100,000 in college scholarships will be awarded to young adults in the First Tee golf program and broadcasting icon, Mike Tirico, shared inspirations words on the success of the First Tee golf program and gala!

Yesterday at Avila we held a girls clinic taught by Governance Board Member and LPGA player Brittany Altomare! We appreciate her sharing her knowledge and giving swing tips.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the First Tee - Tampa Bay’s 2021 Charity Golf Outing at Old Memorial GC! We were once again happy to have ADVANCED DRYING SYSTEMS (ADS) back again as this year’s Title Sponsor – thank you Casey Weldon – and Gary Koch as our Honorary Chairman of the event.

First Tee - Tampa Bay is hosting our 1st annual Halloween Family Golf Scramble at Rogers Park! Come join us for a fun packed day for the whole family. Each family/team will need to have 2 - 4 players with at least one being a First Tee participant and one being a family/team member. Think parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, or uncles all playing for the same team! Below is additional information on the event:
Scramble Format: All family/team members play a ball and then select the best shot and all play from there. Continue this for each shot until your group finishes the hole
Tee Markers for all ages and skill levels will be available
Long Drive and Closest to the pin contest for Children and Adults
Putting Contest and Chipping Contest
Food and Drink after the Scramble
Scramble starts via Tee Times at 12:00pm until 3:00pm. *Tee times will be released once registration has completed
Costumes are Encouraged (Prize for Best Costume)
Cost $40.00 per Team
