Restarting gets old. Commit to getting better.

Small wins stack up over time. The athletes who make the biggest jumps aren’t always the most talented—they’re the ones who show up consistently with a purpose.

Every rep matters. Every workout matters. Every day is an opportunity to move one step closer to your goals.

Stop starting over. Start building momentum.

Grind with intent. Train with purpose. Get better every day.

2-Month Turnaround: April 1 ➡️ June 4

The biggest focus wasn’t a complete swing overhaul. We simply worked on staying behind the turn, which naturally improved her direction, and cleaned up her posture at contact.

Small adjustments. Big results.

Development isn’t always this quick, but when an athlete shows up every day with a purpose, trusts the process, and puts in consistent work, improvement tends to happen faster than most expect.

is a talented young athlete with laser focus and an incredible work ethic. She attacks every session with intent and continues to get better because of it.

The sky is the limit for this kid.

Growth Plate Fractures: The Injury You Can’t Ignore

Young baseball and softball athletes are still growing, which means their growth plates are often weaker than the surrounding ligaments and tendons. Repetitive throwing, pitching, catching, or overuse can lead to growth plate injuries that may impact development if not addressed.

🚨 Warning signs:
• Persistent arm, shoulder, elbow, or wrist pain
• Decreased velocity or performance
• Pain during or after throwing
• Swelling or tenderness around a joint

The good news? Most growth plate injuries are preventable with proper workload management, rest, recovery, and age-appropriate training.

Parents and athletes: pain is information, not something to “push through.”

Train smart. Recover smarter. Protect the future of your game.

When we take breaks, the athletes with big goals and dreams or even the athletes that just want to be the best version of themselves can’t afford to completely stop working. Progress slows when nothing is being done.

So what should breaks actually look like?

• Weight room work• Mobility & recovery• Getting your body in the best playing shape possible• Adjusting and tweaking swings• Learning the educational side of the game• Pitching/throwing mechanics• Defensive skill work

The “breaks” where you go months without touching the sport you say you love usually lead to starting all over again. It becomes a frustrating cycle of trying to catch back up.

Your break can still be just 1 hour a day focused on getting better. That still leaves time for family, friends, and entertainment.

But the moment we become lazy and too comfortable is the moment someone else passes us up — because while you stopped, they kept working.
