My client had several trees fall on his house from one of the 2024 hurricanes. Work has finally started and here he is in all his glory. LOL.

One of my lastest projects with most of the second floor living area within the volume of the roof. The roof design is a hybrid of manufactured roof trusses and conventional framing.

I came across this "Brick Warehouse Vernacular" project I did a while back in Tampa's historic Ybor City. It is basically a 15,000 square foot humidor for long term storage of Arturo Fuente Ci**rs. It won an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) award in 2018.
