After hearing so many of you talk about it, I’m finally trying Dr. William Davis’s L. Reuteri yogurt from the book Super Gut!

This batch is fermenting for a full 36 hours to help grow those beneficial bacteria that support gut health. I’m using the yogurt maker so many of you recommended (thank you for that nudge 😉).

Gut health has been a journey for me, and after this week… I’m really hoping this is something that helps me feel better from the inside out.

I’ll keep you posted on how this first batch turns out — texture, taste, and most importantly, how I feel.
