Our Fettuccine Alla Pesto starts with fresh pasta made in-house. The dough is rolled, cut, and handled by hand before being paired with a vibrant pesto of basil, parsley, garlic, toasted pine nuts, and aged Parmesan.

The texture is silky.
The flavor is bright and layered.
The finish is unmistakably artisan.

This week the kitchen is fully focused on brunch prep, which means we will not be serving lunch on Saturday.

Chef Nic and the team are rolling dough, braising short ribs, and getting everything ready for Pasta Sunday Brunch.

Our next Pasta Sunday Brunch is happening Sunday, March 8, and if you’ve been before you already know the deal.

It’s loud.

Seating is first come first serve, so come early, bring friends, and settle in.

Chef Nic is rolling out a brunch menu packed with handmade pasta and brunch favorites including:

Our Spicy Spaghetti Pomodoro begins with fresh spaghetti made in-house and coated in a pomodoro that simmers slowly to develop depth and sweetness. Italian sausage is folded in for richness, finished with a restrained heat that keeps it elegant.
