I am here at the World Forum on Early Care and Education in Hawaii and will be presenting on PKID's work in Haiti, channeling Paige. It is an honor to be with so many in the world community who care about children.

Paige: I return to Haiti today with 3 main objectives: advance the UN direct implementation partnership, visit Kenscoff orphanage site with Lazarian World Homes, ensure 2 shipped containers' contents are delivered successfully to International Helping Hearts orphanage. In addition, Project K.I.D. will train its' Haitian team in art therapy, using supplies and directions prepared by key volunteer Alyson Jackson.

Alyson Jackson and Paige will be travelling to Haiti Jan. 21-Jan. 28 to meet the two containers that are being shipped by Crimson Shipping to Haiti. The supplies that are in these containers are intented for the children in the photos that we hope to get uploaded. Thoughts and prayers are welcomed for this to be a meaningful and successful trip (and that Alyson will easily survive her shots this morning:-).
Good Morning All,
I am sending the pictures that I received this morning from Haiti. Pat and Robert Edington and Sarah Stewart Smith donated money that we wired to Port au Prince so that our Project KID team (in pictures including Bellinda, Angelique, AnnRose and Solange) could take Christmas presents to the 52 Kenscoff orphans. Emanuel, uncle of Maxime Renelus the orphanage director, is Santa. Enjoy!
Shipment to Haiti
As you may have seen on television, there is much unrest in Haiti after the elections. The cholera epidemic is also not yet under control. Please keep Haiti in your prayers.
