The Magdalene Project is a grassroots organization that exists to eradicate s*x trafficking and the s*xual exploitation of individuals.
Purpose:
Our purpose is to reveal the issue of s*x trafficking and exploitation, to rescue victims that have been trapped in the s*x industry and restore the broken lives of those who have been victimized. We are currently executing this purpose specifically in Guatemala City, Guatemala where we offer varying types of tangible and intangible support to a half way house for rescued women and child

The Magdalene Project fully funds and supports a halfway house in Guatemala City for women and children that have been rescued from s*x trafficking. As the sole organization that finances the needs of this house, we have run short in our budget to sustain the house through the rest of the year.
This holiday season, we are seeking to raise $1000 which will cover all of the expenses of the house through January 1st. This includes the salary of our two staff members that ensure the safety and supervision of the residents, food cost, electricity, and other basic daily needs. This support is vital.
