Getting riders stronger on and off the track
The track is hot, rough, rutted, and unforgiving. After a full week of digging deep, there’s one last push before weekend recovery begins. left it all out there, and now it’s time to refill the tank, replenish what was lost, and prepare for the next challenge. The work gets you better, but recovery is what allows you to come back stronger.

My job is to be honest with athletes when they’re falling short, but it’s just as important to recognize when they’re doing the work, overcoming adversity, and making real progress. The best athletes aren’t the ones who never face setbacks—they’re the ones who stay consistent with their training, fitness, nutrition, recovery, and mindset when things get tough. Proud of the riders who continue to show up, trust the process, and put in the work after the motivation fades & adversity is staring right at them.
