Have you ever seen such a spectrum of blues? Can you imagine a colour that you’ve never seen? Is it even possible? We’ve learned that colour is just wavelengths of light that we call the visible spectrum—the limit to what our eyes are capable of processing. So, because we cannot imagine another colour, does that mean they don’t exist? Or, perhaps we just don’t have the eyes to see them, yet? If I never ventured out to sea to document these colours and share them here, it wouldn’t mean they don’t exist, it just means they are still out there waiting to be discovered.. It’s hard to imagine something until it’s manifested in the physical, imagine handing the iPhone that you’re holding to someone 100 years ago; you’d probably be seen as a magical being of some sort, and who knows you may even find yourself in danger for doing so. But, you’re holding one now because someone imagined it, and look how normal it is. Paul prayed for the Ephesians; “..that the light of God will illuminate the eyes of your imagination, flooding you with light, until you experience the full revelation of the hope of his calling..” The eyes of our imagination; being flooded with light (colour) so that we experience the full revelation of who we are. Wow. What we imagine, can be as real as what we hold in our hands. Imaginary, is not non-existent, it’s more so “we haven’t seen it yet”. This train of thought is radical and I think we need to talk about this stuff way more than we do. Our conversations seem to have been dulled down to what the weather is doing or what the news is saying, when there is a world beyond the weather and beyond what we can see with our eyes or hear with our ears. In fact our eyes can often blind us from the truth with too much visual sensations. However, since your eyes are clearly open right now, my goal is to inspire. Apparently blue is the colour of spirituality, calmness, inspiration and serenity, amongst other meanings. So allow this wild, otherworldly wave of all the blues this world has to offer to calm down your anxious thoughts, inspire you to imagine and bring you peace and serenity. 🦅💙

IConnectU participated in World Vision USA’s today. My global team supported 5 kids around the globe specifically to gain clean water for their village in 2024. Every day IConnectU cares for 7 kids globally - and this is our annual give back. 34,700 people will gain clean water next year! The stats just came in. My team was in Washington state at beautiful Point Defiance Park. Wow! We had walkers in Florida and Germany too! Thanks to all who participated. Honored to serve alongside WV Darrel Allen.
