What an incredible day on the course for University Place and North Tacoma Young Life. Thanks to the generosity of this community, we surpassed our goal and raised over $55,000 to help kids experience camp this summer—an experience they’ll carry with them for a lifetime.

Grateful for the amazing turnout from our First Western Properties team, CRE colleagues and our clients who showed up in a big way for such a meaningful cause.

Started the week strong with our First Western Properties team dinner to kick off the 2026 ICSC conference Monday night in Las Vegas, and we’ve been nonstop ever since. It’s been a great week connecting with industry partners, strengthening relationships, and collaborating on new opportunities across commercial real estate.
