Have you or someone you know been incarcerated in Washington State and need FREE substance use support?
As part of The CHANGE Program, we have limited funding available in December 2025 only to provide FREE Substance Use Disorder (SUD) assessments and treatment through For the Culture, LLC, with Shundra King, a trusted, trauma-informed provider.

Who Can Qualify (Must Meet These):
βοΈ Have been arrested, jailed, or incarcerated in Washington State
βοΈ Live in or near the Tacoma area
βοΈ Have a substance use need
β οΈ Funds must be used by December 31, 2025. Once funds are gone, enrollment will close.
