July 10th is National Pina Colda Day!
Here is an easy Pina Colda recipe:
2 ounces of Light Rum
2 ounces of Cream of Coconut cream (Coco Lopez)
6 ounces of Pineapple Juice
Pour the rum, juice and coconut cream into a shaker that is 2/3 full of ice cubes.
Shake well. Strain into a tall glass with ice.
