Our Summer Menu goes live at 11am today! We've got a few new things cooking including these Loaded Greek Fries.
Shawarma spiced fries topped with our house made Tzatziki, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, cucumbers, diced tomatoes, pickled red onions, vegan feta and fresh dill.

Another new Summer menu item that debuts on tomorrow - this is Crispy Cauliflower and Harissa Mac n Cheese (yeah we know that name is a mouthful). It's our delicious cashew-based mac n cheese topped with crispy fried cauliflower, harissa ranch and scallions.

Available to order starting at 11am on Thursday 6/18/26.

This Thursday we're introducing some new Summer menu items! This is the Aloha Burger. It comes loaded up with grilled pineapple rings, grilled red pepper rings, teriyaki mayo, cheddar, lettuce and red onion.

Today is the last day of our 18th Anniversary bonanza! The BBQ Tempeh Sandwich is one of the specials we pulled out of our long list of past favorites to bring back to life. This classic is made with bbq marinated tempeh, mozzarella, caramelized onions, tomatoes and baby spinach on garlic butter toasted marble rye.
Grab one while you can - who knows if we'll ever bring this sandwich back again??

Today we start our weekend celebration of 18 years of Strong Hearts! Bring your appetite because we're cooking up GARBAGE PLATES! Our take on the Rochester staple comes with macaroni salad, sweet potato salad, french fries, house made vegan meat sauce, a beyond cheeseburger, yellow mustard, diced onions and a piece of butter-toasted stretch bread.
All of the specials we're offering this weekend are in addition to most of our full menu (we had to take 2-3 things off the menu for the weekend to make a little room).

Every year at this time we can't help but reflect on the wild ride we've had. We're so grateful to everyone who has been a part of it - all the folks who've worked with us, given us advice, jumped in to help when times were tough or came out over and over to patronize our little vegan restaurant. Our goal was always to turn more people on to how accessible and delicious vegan food can be - the fact that we'd eventually serve literally millions of vegan meals over the years didn't seem like even an outside possibility back in 2008. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤

These sick new shirts are available now in store only! They were designed by the incredibly talented local powerhouse of .design and printed on Next Level cotton tees by .hub. Shout out to and for sporting these for the pictures.

Here's another special we'll be serving up this weekend: Throwback Vegan Chicken Sandwich
The star of the show here is the tofu "chicken" that is coated in our super flavorful batter and fried to golden perfection. It comes on stretch bread with ranch, lettuce and tomato.
You may remember this as being one of the central pieces of our menu at Strong Hearts on the Hill from 2013 to 2021. Before that, it was the best vegan sandwich in town for many years when it was on the menu at Syrajuice (shoutout to Leah for always having amazing vegan options over the years there).

Another special we'll be offering up this weekend as we celebrate 18 years of delicious vegan food.
It's the BIG sMACk!! Two 4 oz grilled beyond burger patties with melted violife cheese, lettuce, pickles, onion and secret sauce on a sesame seed bun.
A wise man once said "Smack me once, shame on you, smack me twice, a smacked man keeps coming back for more" or something like that. Maybe I got that wrong. Sorry.

This weekend we're celebrating 18 years of Strong Hearts!!
We'll be dropping details on specials all week. First up is the Soba Noodle Salad - one of our cult favorites that debuted in the early years. It's got spring mix topped with chilled soba noodles, red cabbage, sliced mushrooms, sesame garlic tofu, tuxedo sesame seeds and sesame ginger dressing on the side.
