Erin joins our team as a Client Service Coordinator, helping with client inquiries, data entry, billing, and making sure services are dispatched and completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Erin is already familiar with the process service world — she previously worked with us as a process server and has now decided to hang up her car keys for an office chair. 🚗➡️🪑

We’re excited to have Erin in this new role and know she will be a great asset to our clients, servers, and team.

Big news for our forwarding partners and fellow process servers: Our development team has completed our custom-built ServeManager data sync, making it easier than ever for ServeManager users to send work to CNY Process Solutions LLC.

ServeManager users can now send us jobs directly, and our attempts, completions, GPS timestamped photos, and affirmations of service can sync seamlessly back into their ServeManager workflow.

That means fewer follow-up emails, less manual data entry, and a more streamlined experience for the agencies and process servers who trust us with work in our coverage area.

CNY Process Solutions is now fully integrated with both LoyalDog and ServeManager, giving our partners a smoother way to send us work and receive updates back through the systems they already use.

Our team had an amazing time at the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) 44th Annual Conference in Downtown Cleveland, OH last week. We had the opportunity to reunite with old friends, meet new friends, and learn.
