Hey NP Syracuse crew! We're putting together a last minute fantasy league if anyone is interested in joining - we're trying to draft tonight at 8:30pm so let us know ASAP. Winner gets to plan and lead an NP workout and whoever comes in last has to do a polar plunge (Hannah Garty and Nick Burger might even join you regardless of what place they come in...) Spread the word and let us know if you're interested! We need about 5 more people!

Day 4: Sunnycrest
Tomorrow morning we will be running a Sunrise 6k! The course is posted below. Starting at the water tower and heading towards the Rose Garden. Exit Thornden Park at Madison and turn left on Ostrom Ave. Left on Euclid, left on Westcott, left on South Beech, left on Madison where you will re-enter Thornden Park. Take a left and continue up the big hill back up to the water tower! This course is 3.72 miles long and we will have 45 minutes to complete it. There will also be a 3k option OR a 1 mile loop around the park if anyone prefers a shorter distance or would like to walk. ALL PACES ARE WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED!
Please show up a little early so we can get started right at 6:15am! Please let me know if you have any questions! See you all in the morning!
