Roux is a pop-up dining experience that cross pollinates food and design. Celebrating food as the ultimate material for the exploration of craft and design

Combining the mobility of a food truck, the seasonality of a farmer's market, and the excitement of a pop-up restaurant, Roux creates intimate and interactive dinners. Our goal is to celebrate that food is the ultimate material for the exploration of design and craft. In this way, we become almost a design firm and a catering company, grouped into one. Roux dinners are more than just excellent food, its about the sensory experience of eating. FOOD DRIVES THE EVENT, DESIGN HOLDS IT TOGETHER.
