We had the privilege of welcoming world-renowned chef Eric Ripert to Noble Cellar last month. A few days later, Syracuse.com shared this story and featured his generous comments about the experience.

To receive praise from a chef whose work has inspired so many in our industry was incredibly meaningful. More than anything, moments like this are a reflection of our team.
