Happy Purim!
Staffer Yana Bychkova has some light to shed on the sweet treats of this holiday:
“Hamantaschen, or Haman’s ear, is the number one Purim treat in Jewish traditions. Haman is the villain in the Ester’s book that Jews read during Purim. It's a mitzvah to eat hamantaschen during Purim!”

This salad is the #1 go-to for the New Year’s festive table. It’s almost a mitzvah to eat it during new year’s holiday. Legend says that if you haven’t had Russian salad for New Years, you will never be happy again… but no one has ever been bold enough to test it out…😉”
