In our first class we introduced the kiddos to juicing. They learned how beneficial juicing is to the body and how it helps all that vital nutrients go straight into their system.

We had such a good time teaching these youngsters how to Redefine Soul Food. In conjunction with PGR, Inc and The Summer Fellows Program, we were able to introduce them to many dishes using fresh vegetables. A huge shout out to CNY community foundation, B&E grant for helping us make possible.
