The wait is over— is joining the !

We're thrilled to introduce our first-ever South Asian restaurant to the market! Masala Heaven opened in Cicero this January and immediately made a name for itself with their huge Indian buffet options. They're bringing a pared-down version of that menu to the Salt City Market this fall, offering popular classics like butter chicken, tikka masala, and more.

Masala Heaven Express will open on Wednesday, October 1, so mark your calendars! And in the meantime, if you want a sneak peek at what's to come, visit Masala Heaven's flagship location at 7785 Frontage Rd in Cicero!

Holy smokes! We completely sold out of food tonight thanks to everyone who showed up one last time to support us! Unfortunately that means we won’t have food for the grab and go event that we were planning. Endless thanks to the entire Salt City Market from the management team, to the vendors, to everyone’s staff. We will be cleaning out the stall over the next couple weeks and hope to say some final goodbyes. Once things settle down, we hope to have some cooking classes, catering and pop up events.
