Today is Erikas birthday, she's the heart beat of this organization. She continually amazes me with how she cares for everyone here, and helps us live up to our full potential. We decided to return the favor today!

One thing we pride ourselves on is being ultra prepared. I snapped this picture late on Thursday afternoon, it was neat to see the crew sticking together late in the week to insure we would be ready for whatever Friday threw at us!

There isn't anything better than mornings like this, up with the sun working as a team!

Joe did a fabulous job cutting this. We strive to exceed expectations for protecting the environment. In this situation we picked the standing trees off the stumps and carried them away from the stream. By keeping all the branches and logs out of the stream bed it prevents erosion and keeps water flowing freely.
