Before a unit reaches welding, it starts with precision-cut parts and a team committed to getting the details right.

Our laser table helps keep production moving, but it's the people behind the process who make the difference. Here, Josh is cutting parts for the next build, paying attention to the details and making sure our welders have exactly what they need.

That's how quality gets built, every step of the way.

Every role is essential to what we do.

Here, Floyd is grinding down beams on the second floor of the shop as part of a project to add more flooring and create additional storage space. And also giving us a look at the final product. It's another example of someone stepping up to improve the shop and support the team.

That kind of initiative and dedication help keep everything moving forward, so we can continue delivering the quality our customers count on. Great job Floyd!

Throwing it back to when the team surprised Tiuana before her trip to the Boston Marathon.

From handmade signs to plenty of smiles, the whole crew came together to celebrate an incredible accomplishment and show their support.

One of the best parts of working at RSH is seeing people cheer each other on—not just at work, but in the big moments outside of it too.
