My answer to questions like should I buy now? Will prices come down, etc.. is, ‘things somehow balance out. What’s important is to buy when you’re financially comfortable to. I don’t have a crystal ball, but I encourage my clients to evaluate data, pray, then take a bold leap - that can save you hundreds of thousands- literally.

In my almost 7 years of experience, things go up & up & up around here, except for our outlier year.
