CLOSED in record time today with Tammy Skinner at Weissman with a first time homebuyer who is purchasing an absolutely gorgeous home in Marietta. Our lender, Lou Sarris who couldn't make it today, challenged Tammy to a 20 minute closing and we made it in record time. Just over 15 minutes from signing start to Funding. Great job everyone!!! We truly have the dream team who always makes it happen! ❤️

Homeowners!! Make sure you have a termite bond on your home. These little creatures don't discriminate. See below for termite damage in a newer townhome in Roswell! Thankfully there is a Termite bond so all of the damage is being taken care of.

🎉🏡Another really happy day for my sweet clients. Several years ago, I helped Juan buy his first home, a great townhome in Roswell. At the time, he was single. Fast forward to 2026 and he is now married with a beautiful baby girl and they now need more space for their growing family. Yesterday we closed on his townhome with a full price offer and immediately closed on their next home, a beautiful two story home with so much space to spread out. Congratulations Juan and Dania!!! I am thrilled for you ❤️❤️🥰🥰

🥂This sweet couple started a new chapter yesterday as they closed on a perfect home in the Orchards of Sweet Apple yesterday. Stephen recently retired and was ready to ditch the snow and move closer to family. I am so excited for them and they can't wait to walk to restaurants!! Welcome to Alpharetta Stephen and Alaire!!!
