FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD

“Faith without works is dead.” — James 2:17

The Word of God teaches that faith is not merely spoken, but lived. True faith trusts the Lord and responds in obedience. Faith that is alive will bear the fruit of righteous action. As a seed must be planted before a harvest can come, so faith must be put to work in obedience to God’s Word.

Pray faithfully. Speak according to His promises. Walk obediently.

Every work that honors God begins with trust in His Word, and it is made complete through obedience. Today, take one step of obedience toward the vision the Lord has placed before you.

Faith believes. Faith obeys. Faith bears fruit.

HOW TO OPERATE IN POSITIVE FAITH

Positive faith thinks God’s promises, speaks God’s promises, and acts on God’s promises.

Refuse fear. Embrace hope. Expect good things.

Many people say, “Hope is not a strategy.” In the natural world, that may be true. But biblically, hope is a powerful strategy because hope gives you vision for your future.

Hope sees beyond present circumstances. Hope expects God’s promises to come to pass. Hope keeps you moving forward when others give up.

Never give up your hope. Your hope is the blueprint of your future.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord… “plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11
