Summer is HERE and Roll Out is growing fast! We’re looking for high energy people who want to work in a fun, fast paced environment at both our shop and our trailer events.
What we’re looking for:
🔥 Great attitude
🔥 Reliable and trustworthy
🔥 Ready to clean and organize as you go
🔥 Able to handle busy rushes
🔥 Team players who want to grow with us
What you’ll be doing:
🍨 Making rolled and batch ice cream
💵 Cashing customers out
🧼 Cleaning and keeping things organized
🚚 Working events and trailer shifts
💰 Starting pay: $10/hour + tips
(Experience may qualify for more)
📈 HUGE growth opportunities ahead. We already have another trailer on the way, with more planned in the future. Manager and trailer route leadership positions will open up as we grow. We LOVE promoting from within.
⚠️ Must be 16+
⚠️ Must be able to work nights, sometimes until 11:30 PM or midnight after closing
⚠️ Open availability preferred, but we can work around some schedules

Today was AWESOME at Avalon in Carolina Forest! Huge thank you to everyone who came out and supported local vendors. We teamed up with and for an incredible afternoon filled with amazing food, refreshing drinks, homemade rolled ice cream, and great families enjoying the beautiful weather together.
