Waterproofing the shower, almost time for tile.

House leveled, floor system rebuilt, plumbing ran, hvac ran, and electrical repaired. Time for insulation!

Putting that floor system together, then it’s time to level her out.

New shower under construction.

The supports were sinking and insufficient. We have set 43 piers underneath and are now rebuilding the floor system.

Tornado threw a tree through the roof. We removed the tree, covered, replaced trusses, new roof. New electrical in affected areas, drywall, insulation, cabinets, tile backsplash, trim work. He’s back at home, getting back to normal.
