Throw back to our Mother's Day luncheon! Our lovely ladies had a wonderful meal prepared by Chef Bertrick and had a great time feeling celebrated and spending time together! 💕

What's better than taco Tuesday? Cinco De Mayo falling on taco Tuesday! We're throwing it back to our celebrations as we enjoyed delicious Mexican food with some of our favorite people! ✨

Summer is here, the sun is shining, and it's time to get outside! Our favorite way to soak up the sun and get active is to get our hands dirty in the garden. ☀️

We're dusting off our hats and trowels to brighten up the community and spend some time with Mother Nature. 🌱

We appreciate everything that our amazing nurses do for our residents! They work hard, so we wanted to make sure to celebrate them for National Nurses Week last month. We would like to give a special thank you to our vendors, Sobe Rehab, Cornerstone, Novopharm, Trustbridge, and Allegiance for helping us make that happen by sponsoring lunches and gift bags filled with goodies for our nurses to enjoy! 🌟

It's sunny and humid here in Florida year around, but as summer approaches we're looking for ways to keep cool. One of our favorite ways to beat the heat is with an ice-cold glass of lemonade! We enjoy mango, peach, raspberry, and classic for a sweet, refreshing treat! 🍹

We all love our pets more than anything, and we'll never be able to fully recognize the important role they play in growing older. An animal's unconditional love is more than a wagging tail, nose kisses, or cozying up in a friendly lap. Walking a dog gets you moving and their presence can help regulate blood pressure.

Friendships are the backbone of senior living! Making new friends or moving near longtime ones contributes to a built-in safety net of support and community. We have opportunities to connect with friends including fitness classes, clubs, committees, and so much more!

Friends are support, companionship, and health. We're grateful for all the friendships we've made, and the ones yet to come! ✨

Physical activity is the key to living a longer and healthier life. It helps improve sleep quality, mental health, and allows us to maintain strength and mobility. Yoga, stretching, walking, and water aerobics are all fantastic ways to get your blood pumping and body moving!
