As Construction Safety Week 2026 comes to a close, we’re reminded that safety is not just a weeklong focus, it’s a daily commitment on every Level 10 jobsite.
This year’s theme, All In Together, reflects our commitment to Recognize, Respond, and Respect to ensure safety on our jobsites, and continue to lead a higher standard of safety across our industry.
A huge shoutout to our safety teams and everyone who shows what it means to be all in for safety.

Respecting the plan is more than following instructions. It is about creating a culture of safety where everyone feels empowered to speak up and collaborate openly across every phase of the project.
At Level 10, our projects are built by teams who communicate, take ownership, and look out for one another every day.
Falls remain a leading cause of serious injuries and fatalities in construction. At Level 10, fall protection is a top priority across our safety protocols, from planning and training through daily jobsite ex*****on.
Our company-wide safety stats reflect this commitment and reinforce the importance of fall protection no matter the project.

Responding is about what we do once a hazard is recognized—not reacting after something goes wrong, but acting in advance to prevent it from causing harm.
At Level 10, our Safety Managers make this a habit they bring to every jobsite, everyday.

Safety is a huge aspect that sets Level 10 apart in our industry.
To kick Safety Week off this year, we want to highlight the importance of recognizing the presence and impact of high energy / high hazards / STCKY (stuff that can kill you) activities.
A few of our safety managers gave their advice on the importance of how awareness and communication help keep everyone safe on the jobsite.
