We’ve officially launched AI-enabled capabilities for business communications with Release 19 — our latest Zultys software release and a major AI milestone for the platform. This comes alongside new versions of ZAC and Mobile ZAC, and the introduction of our newest product, Zultys AI Receptionist.

Release 19 brings practical AI into everyday communications, with capabilities like real-time closed captions and sentiment analysis, and live and post-call transcripts — along with enhancing our classic auto attendant with AI speech recognition — giving teams greater visibility into conversations and enabling more informed customer service decisions.

Zultys AI Receptionist, also introduced today, is a new AI-powered voice agent product designed to handle front-line interactions 24/7, using natural language to answer questions and intelligently route calls without relying on traditional menu-based systems.

Release 18.4, ZAC 9.4, and MX Report 4.3 are now available for download and installation, along with Mobile ZAC 1.4!
