For this project, the goal was simple yet ambitious: Create a poolside guest house that doesn’t feel like an "add-on," but like a destination.

We designed this modern unit with large aluminum sliders that vanish to connect the generous living space directly to the pool and garden. With a charming pitched roof, crisp stucco siding, and a seamless cement porch, the transition between indoor comfort and outdoor leisure is effortless.

This Single-Family ensemble brings "Warm Modern" to life: Crisp white stucco volumes meet natural cedar accents, while expansive sliders dissolve the barrier between the chef’s kitchen and the 500 sq. ft. outdoor deck.

With a custom outdoor kitchen, a cozy fire pit, and a spa-like flow throughout, this isn't just a structure-it's a sanctuary.
