Creative problem solving is a crucial skill for any child. It allows them to better socialize and connect with friends as they find new ways to compromise during disagreements.
-Encourage kids to find a resolution to the problem on their own, which will help them solve conflicts as they grow older💫
-If you have to get involved, don’t choose sides, but ask questions that will help them figure out a solution that all parties can feel good about💫
Did you know that art can help to develop a problem solving skill?❤️🎨
Most people think of art as a soft skill, teaching children to appreciate beauty and encourage self-expression. However, kids also begin to understand everyone has their own unique perspective on the world, when they see the art of others. This allows them to realize someone may view a problem differently than they do. As a result, they can begin to come up with new and creative ways to solve such problems.

We have a lot of new followers, so I think it will be great to share how CreoFun was born👩🎨🎨
I always loved painting since I remember myself as a little girl.
When my daughter was born creating and imagining things were our favorite time to spend together🥰
When she turned 3 yrs I started looking for an art class for her. It was pretty challenging, as some lessons were too long for her age, some were boring, and some just too expensive.
At that moment the idea of CreoFun was born. 💫💫I decided to combine two things that I like the most: painting and teaching❤️.
I knew that it's the right thing, as by that time I had already had a few exhibitions and won international awards.
Additionally, I wanted to help other moms with some extra time that they might need to finish work or things around the house while their kids create their masterpieces and do things they enjoy😍😍.
Mini lesson “Unicorn ice cream”🦄🍦 Easy weekend project❤️
Materials for the lesson:
- paper, pencil, eraser, set of brushes, black sharpie and watercolour paint.

Misbehavior is always a symptom of a deeper issue, and when we can find what causes it, we can use the right strategies to correct it💫💫
Helpful tips:
-It is important to ask questions to get to the core of the problem.
-Invest in one-on-one time with kids daily. When they don’t have that positive attention, they will seek out attention in negative ways.
-Explain your expectations. It’s easier for a child to accept a good explanation than to blindly follow an order.
-Try to build a close parent-child relationship and emotional connection. Having emotional support from the family is often more important than having the actual request met.
Do you practice any of those tips?❤️

How to encourage creative thinking and inspire your child?
Creativity helps kids be more confident, develop social skills, and learn better. Albert Einstein said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” Because it is a key to success in nearly everything we do, creativity is a core skill to practice with kids.💫💫
Here are 3 tips how you can do it:
1.Asking open-ended questions. These questions help a child distance himself from the here and now. Ask your child to imagine what it would be like to have a superpower: “If you could be invisible for a day, what would you do?
2.Allow for “free time.” It’s also important to give your child unstructured time. Spend a few hours at home without activities scheduled.
3.Encourage critical thinking. Ask your child to solve a family problem—i.e. “The living room is constantly messy. What should we do about it?”This makes them feel important, creates space for their own creative problem solving, and allows an opportunity for them to contribute to the family.

Would you like to build a positive relationship with your child?
Tip #1
Don't compare your child to siblings or to any other kids.
Being compared to other children may cause your kid to develop feelings of unfairness and jealousy towards other kids.
Rather than compare your child, celebrate their strengths. Help them develop their unique talents. Positive reinforcement is always better than negative comparisons.
Do you agree?

A lot of parents think that you need a huge list of expensive supplies for kids' art lessons.
The truth is that your child will only need a paper, watercolor paint, a set of brushes, pencil and eraser for 90% of all our lessons. That's not that bad, right? 😀🤩
In addition each month we are doing 2 fun art projects where you'll need scissors, glue and colored paper. 😍
Also, we created a list of recommended supplies with links to Amazon. That's pretty convenient! Simply go to Creofun.com About section. 🤩🤩
